Gloria Puissegur Wilkins passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, August 3, 2015 at the age of 83. She was the beloved wife and best friend of the late Roland Ruble Wilkins. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Lanaux and husband Thomas, Keith Wilkins and wife Gale; grandchildren, Sean Wilkins (Lilli), Christopher Lanaux, Courtney Sawtell (Craig), Travis Lanaux (Sara), Kandace Cummings; and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Wilkins; parents, George Puissegur and Agnes LeBlanc Puissegur. She devoted her life to family and friends. She was an avid card player. Her kind and loving nature made her a friend to all and she will be dearly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to attend services for Gloria on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home Chapel, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 pm followed by a Memorial Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Lake Lawn Park & Mausoleum.
