Isabel Duff Creager, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2014 at the age of 81 years. Beloved wife of Richard H. Creager. Mother of Tracy Herrera (Husband Jorge) and Richard H. Creager, Jr. Daughter of the late Margaret and Thomas Muir. Sister of Rita St. Omer. Survived by grandchildren Christopher Herrera and Lauren Creager.
