Jacqueline Christina Pecquet

Jacqueline Christina Pecquet, age 81 years, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015. Loving mother of Karen Pecquet and Evelyn Pecquet Vaccaro. Mother-in-law of David Krippner and David Vaccaro. Grandmother of Cari Pecquet Rhoton and husband Terry, Jr. Great grandmother of Dylan and Lily Rhoton. Sister of Delores Doxstater and Joan Adelmann. Step-mother of Katherine Dick and Marilyn Bordelon. Also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by husbands, Francis Cary Pecquet, Jr., and Charles Thomas Dick and her parents, George Christina and Hilda Quarrella Christina. She was a spirited daughter of New Orleans who loved a great jazz brunch, trips to the Mississippi coast casinos, hours of playing cards and Scrabble, and never passed up an invitation to a party. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
