

Jerelynn earned her bachelor of science degree in business and math from Loyola University. She was an accounting clerk with several businesses and retired as St. Catherine’s Parish secretary. She enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, and word games. Jerelynn will be remembered as a loving and caring confidant, friend, mother, and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Vincent R. Morici; parents, Louis Lawrence Crago and Catherine Murphy Crago; and brother, Michael L. Crago.
Jerelynn is survived by her children, Lisa Morici Clemmer (Charlie), Mark Vincent Morici (Maureen), and Nikki Morici Mason (Tony); grandchildren, Abigail Kaitlyn Morici, Meagan Elizabeth Morici, Sawyer Vincent Mason, and Crosby David Mason; and brother, Jere L. Crago.
The family would like to give special thanks to all the nurses and staff at Passages Hospice, especially Anita, Kelsey, Ren, Emily, Adele, and Robert.
Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation and funeral mass on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 105 Bonnabel Blvd., Metairie, LA 70005. The visitation begins at 12:00 p.m. until the mass at 1:00 p.m. The interment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum, which is on the grounds of Metairie Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124.
A special message from Jerelynn herself: “Loving Family and Friends, when it’s time for me to go, know I LOVE YOU ALL. It’s God’s choice when that time comes. Not yours or mine. You never know what’s going on in other people’s lives, so be kind and love all.”
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
