Julianna Boudreaux

Dr. Julianna Liles Boudreaux, Ph.D, passed away on April 15, 2016 in Metairie, La. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Boudreaux; her parents Carmela H. and Robert Liles, Sr.; her sister Carmela L. Landry (Robert Landry, Sr.); and her fiancée Edward Tsoi. She is survived by her brother, Robert Liles, Jr.; nephews Robert G. Landry, Jr. (Diane) and Paul M. Landry (Mark) and other nieces and nephews. Julianna was a parishioner of St. Louis King of France Catholic Church for many years. She was successively a teacher, principal, director, and assistant and associate superintendent for the Orleans Parish School Board; she later served as principal of St. James Major Parochial School. She was an active participant in numerous professional, philanthropic, civic and social organizations. Her compassion and dedication to others are inspiration to all. She will be remembered and greatly missed. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124. Interment will follow in St. Roch Cemetery No. 2. Visitation will take place prior to the mass beginning at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the LA SPCA.
