TRENTACOSTE Kathleen McAnelly Trentacoste “Buckwheat”, faithful parishioner of St. Francis Xavier was called to heaven on November 30, 2014, after her long and courageous battle with cancer. Daughter of the late Shelton and Claire McAnelly. She is survived by loving husband of 26 years Anthony Trentacoste, Jr. and six children Andrew, Lauren, Christopher, Mary Catherine, Benjamin, Daniel and her beloved dog Daisy. Also survived by her brothers Michael and Robert and sisters Diane and Martha Jane, brother and sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at ST. FRANCIS XAVIER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 444 Metairie Road, Metairie, LA on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to the American Cancer Society.
