Lena Pace Simoneaux was called home July 9, 2014 after 88 years on this earth. A native of New Orleans, she lived her life as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, homemaker and housekeeper. Her parents Joseph and Anne Belletto Pace, siblings Charles Pace and Jean Pace Howard, husband, Louis J. Simoneaux, and daughter, Anna Simoneaux Forsythe, preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter Geralyn Simoneaux Froeba, grandsons Ryan J Froeba (Cary) and Craig M Forsythe (Jenny), and two great-grandsons, Brennan and Sean Froeba.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 14, 2014. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Lake Lawn Park and Mausoleum.
