Lesley Joan Gauthier

Lesley Joan Gauthier, was born in New Orleans on June 16, 1951 and died at her home in Metairie on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at the age of 72. She received her master’s degree in accounting and retired from Entergy as a CPA in 2010. Lesley enjoyed reading, traveling, playing board games and completing jigsaw puzzles.

Lesley was the beloved daughter of the late Edward Francis Gauthier and Roselyn Doris Gomez Gauthier. Loving sister of Owen Matthew Gauthier, Sr. (Debra) and the late Mark Edward Gauthier (Susan), Dion Charles Gauthier and Garrett John Gauthier. Adoring aunt of Kelly Gauthier Coker (Daniel), Matt Gauthier (Katie), Michael Gauthier (fiancé Katie) and Michelle Gauthier Stevenson (Andrew). Great aunt of Madeline Gauthier, Owen Gauthier and Mary Kathryn Gauthier, Garrett Coker and Renee Stevenson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., in New Orleans, on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 1:00PM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 12:00PM until service time. Interment will follow at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
