Linda E.Webb, of New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away on February 26, 2018. Born on April 19, 1939, to the late Victor Wilson Webb and Mildred Milburn Webb, she was the beloved twin sister of the late Elise Webb Fritchie and aunt of the late S. Robinson Snider III.
She is survived by her sister, Olive Webb Campbell; her nieces Delery Milburn Vickery and Elise Marie Marble; her grandnieces Leigh Marble LeMay and Erin Elizabeth Marble; and her grandnephews Justin Robinson Smith and Kyle Robinson Marble. Also survived by cousins Murel Elise Trimble, Leodocia Pope, Pamela Wheeler, James F. Milburn, and the late Myrtle Pope.
She leaves behind her cat and constant companion, Buster, a source of great joy and consternation.
Linda graduated from St. Martin’s Episcopal School in New Orleans and attended All Saints’ Episcopal College in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She was a talented artist who studied with John McCrady at the McCrady Art School in the French Quarter and at Delgado Community College.
Linda will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside memorial service on Good Friday, March 30, 2018, 2:00 p.m., at Metairie Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Boulevard, New Orleans.
