Lucille Mittelstaedt DiRosa

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph DiRosa; parents; brothers, John S. Mittelstaedt, Jr. and Robert Mittelstaedt; grandchild, Malinda DiRosa; and sisters-in-law who were like sisters to her, Anna Maria “Sister” Mariano, Isabel Barback, Emma Mittelstaedt, and Gloria Mittelstaedt.

Lucille is survived by her sons, Joseph V. DiRosa, Jr., Michael E. DiRosa, Donald A. DiRosa (Inez), and Richard E. DiRosa (Laura); grandchildren, Erin D. Baca (Alberto), Gia D. Graham (James), Nick J. DiRosa, Celia D. Foley (Stephen), Maria DiRosa (Jennifer), Christian DiRosa (Jennifer), Robert DiRosa, Laura DiRosa, Melanie DiRosa (Ert); and great-grandchildren, Quinn, Colette, James, Walker, Elena, Nora, Liam, Chloe, Olivia, Ezra, River, and Samuel.

The Family would like to give special thanks to Ms. Phyllis Gravois and the nurses and staff at Chateau De Notre Dame.

The visitation and funeral mass will be on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA. The visitation will start at 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. The interment will follow at St. Louis No. 3.
