Marguerite LeJeune Clark

Marguerite LeJeune Clark, age 76 and a resident of Metairie, Louisiana, died on Monday, November 29, 2021. Marguerite is survived by her two sons, Grenville Clark, IV and Tina Clark of Ashville, North Carolina and Louis Crawford Clark and Catherine Clark of Denver, Colorado; her sister, Julie Holmes of Metairie, Louisiana; her brother, Clay LeJeune of Mandeville, Louisiana; and her four grandchildren, Sydney Clark, Dylan Clark, William LeJeune Clark, and Nathan Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Dupuy LeJeune and Marguerite Cambon LeJeune.

Marguerite was born in New Orleans on June 9, 1945, and graduated from The Academy of the Sacred Heart in 1963. She attended Rosemont College in Rosemont, Pennsylvania, and in 1998, she graduated from Concordia University New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts. She was a real estate agent and interior decorator, and was a longtime member of the Dublin Lake Club in Dublin, New Hampshire. Marguerite enjoyed playing tennis, racquetball, running, gardening, cooking, and loved animals, especially her beloved dog, Daisy, who lived 18 years!

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 2:00PM. Prior to the Mass, a brief visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 1:30PM. The interment will follow the Mass in Metairie Cemetery.
