Marian Mayer Hartman, 93, passed away on March 17, 2016. The daughter of the late Benedict Mayer and Mathilde Kinler Mayer. Beloved wife of 50 years to the late Junius D. Hartman, Jr. Survived by sisters Anna Grace Mayer Bertin and Beverly Mayer Westcott; sister-in-law Pearl Hartman. Her children Sandra Hartman Martin, Ronald J. Hartman, J.D. Hartman, III, Elaine Hartman Lecompte and Gregory G. Hartman. Daughters-in-law Tara LeBlanc Hartman, Elizabeth Kramer Hartman and Janet Tabary Hartman; son-in-law Troy Lecompte. The proud grandmother of thirteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Marian was retired from the Registrar of Voters in New Orleans and also a retiree from the Clerks of Court for Criminal District Court, Section "J" in New Orleans, LA in 1985.
