Mark Nicholas Caracci

Mark N. Caracci entered peacefully into eternal rest on March 8, 2023. Mark was born in New Orleans on August 15, 1952 to the late Frank J. Caracci and Rosemary G. Caracci. He is survived by his wife, Pola E. Caracci; son, Frank Christopher Caracci; daughter-in-law, Jessica; grandchildren, Gia Rose Caracci, and Rosemary Victoria Caracci; brother, Vincent M. Caracci; nieces and nephews, Frank A. Caracci, Rosemary Caracci Long, Vincent M. Caracci II, and Frank J. Caracci; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews. Mark attended St. Pius Grammar School, De La Salle High School, Loyola University, and Loyola School of Law. He was a member of Sigma Alpha Kappa Fraternity. Mark practiced law for 20+ years in Jefferson Parish. He was an attorney and member of Lee, Martiny, and Caracci Law Firm. Mark was an avid Saints and LSU fan and supporter. He enjoyed his Monday and Wednesday poker games. As well as his daily trips to the casino with his mother and Pola. Relatives and friends are invited to attend services to be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, 901 Beverly Garden Drive, Metairie, LA. Visitation will be from 10:30am - 11:30am, with Mass to follow. Interment will be at Metairie Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA. The family request that contributions be made in his name to St. Angela Merici Catholic Church.
