Nannie Pat is survived by her adoring caretaker (and niece) Eileen Philebar; great-nieces Amanda Mayo, Pamela Bowdoin, and Suzanne Blake; numerous other nieces and nephews; and brother William Stieffel. She was preceded in death by parents Eugene and Leonie Stieffel; sister Beverly Babin; and brothers Eugene, Calvin, and Raymond Stieffel.
Nannie Pat was Mardi Gras' biggest fan, a devout Saints lover (even when they were bagheads), and a life-long, dedicated Wal-Mart employee. Though Nannie Pat had no children of her own, she took us all on as hers; she was self-less, serving, and will be dearly, dearly missed.
A visitation for Patricia will be held Friday, May 31, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124, followed by interment at Lake Lawn Park, 5454 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, Louisiana 70124.
