Paula Schexnayder Burdine

She is preceded in death by her husband, Mickey Burdine; parents, Netta and Albert Schexnayder, Jr.; sister, Courtney Rose; and brother, Willie Schexnayder.

Paula is survived by her daughters, Marlene Scott and Monica Burdine; sisters, Alexis West, Adrienne Jackson, Marie Labello, and Collette Waters; brother, Johnny Schexnayder, grandchildren, Kennedy, Logan, Remy, Ona, Alyssa, and Lincoln; and great-grandchildren, Tobi, Nolan, and Jude.

There will be a graveside service on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in Metairie Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124.
