Robert G Creely

Robert G. Creely died on July 31, 2016 at the age of 67 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Kelly Humphreys Creely. Loving father of Robert Joseph Creely and James Kyle Creely and the late Jamie Alexandria Creely. Brother of Dr. Joseph J. Creely, Jr. and John B. Creely. Two nephews, Dr. Brian C. Creely (Jacqueline) and Dr. Joseph J. Creely (Ellen) and a niece, Dr. Christine Creely Dorvault (Christopher) along with a host of grand nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents Catherine Reuther Creely and Joseph J. Creely, Sr. He attended Cor Jesu High School, The University of New Orleans and Loyola Law School. He actively practiced law for 36 years. In his last years he was a realtor on the Mississippi Gulf Coast but spent most of his time with his two boys (Fishing Buddies), Bobby and Kyle, exploring the marshes and barrier islands along the Mississippi and Louisiana coastline. Bob was a friendly and loving man who will be missed by his family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Friday August 5, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.
