Robert taught me alot about plumbing and helped me with a lot of plumbing  jobs.  We were great friends  and considered him to be my brother.  He always made me laugh and smile. He was always  there for me and always helped me in a bind . I miss you my brother.

So very sorry to hear of Robert's passing.  We just saw him for an emergency leak of a supply line on December 11, 2020.  As always, he was ready and willing to come and help us out.  We have known Mr. Elio since 1983 when Mr. Joe (Fritscher) recommended Elio's Plumbing to replace broken pipes at our home in Metairie.  Since then, Robert was the guy to call no matter what the problem entailed.  Your family is in our thoughts and prayers at this time.

My husband and I were shocked and terribly saddened to see Robert’s obituary in the paper today.  Robert  has come to our rescue multiple times with plumbing issues; as recently, as the middle of November.  We found Robert to always be so caring, kind, respectful and hardworking.  The world has lost a kind soul.

Our deepest sympathy to all who loved Robert; may he find the peace it seems he sought.

On behalf of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart Alumni Association and Brother Martin High School, I offer our prayers and condolences.  We will say a Mass in his memory.

Father of all, we pray to you for Robert, and for all those whom we love but see no longer. Grant to them eternal rest. Let light perpetual shine upon them. May his soul and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

My wife and I met Robert through our daughter when she had some plumbing work done.  I hired him to do some work and last Christmas after my wife was bedridden after surgery I called for emergency work.  He came to our aid immediately, took one look at my wife and didn’t charge us.  I saw him a few weeks ago and he looked good.  We  had a good laugh together.  What I knew of Robert is he was smart and kind.  I will miss seeing his smiling face.

We loved Robert as a child. We are all so sad today.

I am so sorry for your loss.  Robert was always very helpful to me and my mother, he was always available whenever we needed him. He had called me on December 19 to touch base, we spoke for a while and he told me he was excited about the progress at the condo, that he was thinking about moving back.  
I hope he has found his peace. My condolences to his family specially his mom and dad.

I cannot believe Robbie is gone. He was at my apartment just a week ago, consoling me in the loss of Michael. All the fun times we had at Pier 8; and I can’t forget all the card games.  Also my times at Robbie’s parents home with Elvira and Elio. My deepest sympathy and love to the entire Iovenitti Family, including those in Italy.  I feel a sense of real loss.
