Ronald Thaxton Windham

Ronald "Ronnie" Thaxton Windham, age 76, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 10:28 AM. A native of Monroe, LA and a resident of New Orleans and Metairie Louisiana for the past 59 years.

Beloved husband of Roxanne "Roxie" Rau Windham. Brother of Lyle Windham (wife Kathy) and the late Bill Windham (wife Brenda). Son of the late William K. Windham and the late Pauline Butler Windham. Devoted cousin and best friend of the late Dr. Jerry Welch (wife Kris). Son in law of Betty Palliser Rau and the late John Henry Rau. Also survived by many Nieces and Nephews. Ronnie served as Funeral Director/Manager for Lamana-Panno-Fallo Funeral Home in Metairie, LA for over 34 years and he was member of the Greater New Orleans Funeral Directors Association and the Louisiana Funeral Directors Association South District during his entire career. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 7:00 PM from the Chapel of Lakelawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA.
