Rosa Elena Flores born June 10, 1925 passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024 at the age of 98. After finishing secondary school she began trade school to become a seamstress. She was a home maker and enjoyed gardening. She is preceded in death by her spouse of 46 years, Victor Enrique Flores. She is survived by her daughters, Lisbeht Farrar (Cordell) and Brenda Flores; sons, Victor H. Flores and Ruben Flores; grandchildren, Tiffany Flores, Chase Raterman, Stephen Farrar, Kyle Reterman, and Daniel Farrar; great grandson, Noah Flores. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd New Orleans, LA 70124. Visitation will begin at 10:00AM followed by a services at 12:00PM. Interment is at Lake Lawn Park. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity or St.Jude Children Hospital.
