Rosemary Martin Chaplain, of Slidell, Louisiana, died at her home on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at the age of 95. She was the beloved wife for 67 years of the late George "Buddy" Chaplain; mother of George Chaplain, Jr. (Bonnie Jean), Steve Chaplain (Gretchen), Kim C. Montgomery, Mark Chaplain (Raynel), Daniel Chaplain, and Robin Chaplain; daughter of the late Lawrence and Madeline Martin; sister of Marilyn Wild, Kathleen Kartcher, and the late Larry Martin, Karl Martin, and Donald Martin. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 1:00PM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 12:00PM. The interment will follow the Mass at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
