Sandra Lemoine Mouchon passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015, age 71. Beloved mother of Kim Mouchon Lemek (Scott). Sister of the late Lionel, Leon, Roger, Wilbun and James Lemoine. Daughter of the late Eva Laura Perera and Willie Joseph Lemoine. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Sandra retired after thirty plus years as an employee of the Federal Reserve Bank in New Orleans. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home Chapel, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 1:00 pm.
