Susan Blake Adamson

Susan Blake Adamson passed away peacefully on August 10, 2014 at the age of 59 years after battling cancer. Susan was born August 28, 1954 in New Orleans, Louisiana and is a resident of Kenner. She graduated from Charity School of Nursing and continued to work in the nursing field until the year she passed away. Susan had a calling for Hospice Nursing and used her gift to touch the lives of her many patients. Susan Adamson was a proud member of Victory Fellowship Church. She was a woman after God's heart and continuously served others through her time and prayers. Susan leaned on Christ in the midst of the storms and is now beginning her new life with Christ in eternity. Beloved wife of Edwin D. Adamson. Mother of Brittany Blake Adamson. Daughter of August J. Blake and Faith Rohr Blake. Also survived by Nieces and Nephews. She will also be missed by her pets Katrina Angel, Chanel Coco, Joyful Heart, and Sweetie Bird. Family and Friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Victory Fellowship Church, 5708 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA. 70003 on Wednesday, August 13, 2014, visitation is from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM with a service beginning 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park. This is a celebration of Susan's life so please wear her favorite color yellow or any bright clothing.
