She is survived by her daughters, Tacara and Denita Solomon; sisters, Portland Landry, Zanie Johnson, Shana and Dallas Ricks; brothers, Wesley, Wilbert, and Morgan Ricks; grandson, Tramone Mickens, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert Ricks and Sarah Smallwood Ricks; sister Roxann Ricks Pugh; and brother Kenton Ricks.
Tacoma loved music and food. She had a passion for cooking and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends when she could.
At Tacoma’s request there will be no funeral or memorial service.
