Cory Christopher Chester Jr.

Cory Christopher Chester Jr. born on March 31, 2019 in Oldsmar, FL. passed away on July 10, 2025 in New Port Richey, FL. He was a beloved son, survived by his Mom Jessica and Dad Cory Sr., Siblings, John, Julian, Jayden, Jayla and Layla. He is also survived by his grandparents Robin, Frank, Clint and Bianca and aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by His Grandma Patty and Cousin Lia.

Cory was loved by so many, he was such a happy bubbly boy who loved cuddles and kisses, he was very curious, playful, and always smiling. His nicknames were our little stink a link, baby Cory, CJ, and Corito.

In Corys 6 short years here on earth so many people got to experience Corys contagious smile and big hugs even when he just met you. Cory was very loved at his local school forest lakes elementary by his teachers, staff and students, he was such a delight. He got to compete in the Special Olympics. He was also very loved and adored by his speech and occupational therapist that worked with Cory. His parents are so grateful for all the fun memories they created from our trips to theme parks, water parks, zoos and family events. Cory was a thrill junkie he loved to go so high on his swing and ride fast rides. Cory walked through life with no fear and a ton of love like we all should. Cory was a shiny example of love and grace.

His favourite things to do were swing on his swings, jump on the trampoline, play in the pool, watch his favourite shows on t.v., bounce around with his big fluff pillows, and hug and cuddle with his dad and I. Cory was so caring and loving.

His physical presence has left us, but his spirit and soul will live on in all of us. He will be sorely missed but happily remembered. He is now with Jesus and our guardian angel.

A visitation for Cory will be held Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652, with a celebration of life during from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
