Eva L. Lillie

On Saturday, December 26, 2020, Eva Louann (York, Whitaker) Lillie, loving mother of 5 children passed away at the age of 48.

Eva was born May 29, 1972 in Muncie, IN to Dennis and Patsy (Patricia Roberts) York. She played basketball and volleyball in her highschool years, and she worked as the school's yearbook editor. She traveled to Germany as an exchange student for a short period of time. She received her Associate's Degree from Ball State University in 1994. She received her Cosmetology license in 1996, and professionally cut hair for 24 years in Indiana and a short while in Florida. On January 21, 1995 she married Scott Wade Whitaker. She later divorced Scott sometime in September of 2007. They raised 2 sons, Chase and Cameron, and 1 daughter, Sydney. In March of 2017 she married John Jay Lillie (JJ). They raised 2 sons, Colton and Canden.

Eva loved to draw mostly that of family and friends, and she was able to work her artistic abilities into her haircutting career. She loved to stay active whenever she could. She was a devote Christian. She enjoyed a variety of music. Whenever she wrote anything she was always very passionate. She had some of the most beautiful eyes, with a gorgeous smile to accompany it, and she could light up a room with her presence.

Eva was shortly followed in death by her husband JJ, but she will be joining her mother Patsy. She is survived by her father Dennis and his significant other Brenda, her brother Jason, her ex-husband Scott, her 5 children, Chase, Cameron, Sydney, Colton, and Canden, her niece's Sage, Jade, and Chloe, and her step daughters, Whitney and Korrigan. Some loved ones she is also survived by include Michelle Whitaker (Boo), Madeline Osadchey, and Angie Miller.
