

She was born in Rockford, Illinois, on February 5th, 1924.
She graduated from Whelan School and took some work related college courses.
She was married to Ralph Rudolph Zamjahn on August 14th, 1948, who sadly passed away on October 24th, 1960.
Frances was then married to Frederick Meyer on January 28th, 1967, at St. Aloysius Church in West Allis, WI. She worked for the City of Franklin, WI as a Deputy City Clerk. She was a member of Fish and Wildlife Foundation, Marine Mammal and had a passion for saving and rescuing the Manatee.
Frances is preceded in death by her brother Walter Jecke, and sister Alice Krueger (Elgin) and Niece Diane Gross (Larry).
She is survived by her daughter Lynn Marie Meyer Heindl (James), her grandchildren Roger Heindl, Ryan Heindl and Tess Greenberg, Jeremy and Desiree Heindl, Great-Grandchildren Parker, Callen and Nash Heindl, Nieces and Nephews Tom and Laurie Krueger, Ronald & Lynn Krueger,
James Zamjahn, Jeanne Zamjahn & Janet Zamjahn, Great Nieces and Nephews, Jennifer Krueger and Nick Fortier, and Jessica and Kyle Sorenson as well as great-great nieces and nephews Kyle Abby and Emma Sorensen.

The committal service will take place at Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens December 16th at 1:00pm at 4244 Madison Avenue, New Port Richey, FL 34652
