Lee Ann Boyle, 49, of Largo, Florida passed away Jan. 3, 2012 after a chronic illness. She grew up in Roanoke, Virginia and later moved to Indianapolis, Indiana where she was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana for 6 plus years as a Customer Service Lead. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Barbara & Bill Martindale, her daughter and son-in-law, Amanda & Terry Schoonover, her son Dustin Butler, her sister and brother-in-law, Mary & Lowell Bell, her brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary & Christi Martindale and Mark & Shawna Tewell, 9 nieces and nephews and 4 grandchildren, Dakota, Dalilah, Jaylynn & Jayden.
