

Patsy Grace Archbold Gartner was born on the island of Old Providence, Colombia in January 1939 to Ulric and Elean Archbold. Patsy was married to Hilton Newball and had an only child, a son, Hilton Newball Jr.
Patsy migrated to the U.S. in 1967 and lived in Miami for 4 years and then she moved to California.
Patsy divorced her first husband and then married Master Sergeant Denis Gartner in 1980. They moved to Kentucky in 1983 and then finally made their forever home in New Port Richey, FL from 1988 until present.
Patsy worked in the nursing industry for 35 years in all the different states that she lived in.
She was a member of the New Port Richey Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Patsy's favorite Bible verse is John 3:16- For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Her favorite hymn is No. 632 in the Sda hymnal- My heart can sing when I pause to remember a heartache here is but a stepping stone..along a trail that's winding always upward, this troubled world is not my final home.
She left behind her loving husband Denis, son Hilton Jr, daughter in law Patti, 3 grandchildren Nicholaus, David, and Tanya and 5 great grand children.
A visitation for Patsy will be held Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652. A graveside will occur Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at External Service Location, 4244 Madison St, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
