She was a very devoted and loving mother and daughter. Alexa worked as a nurse at Franklin Family Physicians where she loved her coworkers and patients. She was an avid Ohio State football fan and enjoyed reading and cooking.
Alexa is survived by her daughter, Arianna Luttrell; son, Camry Luttrell; parents, Jon and JoAnn Luttrell; sister, Amanda Luttrell; brother, Nicholas Luttrell (Courtney Cottrell); nieces, Scarlet "Gracie" and Noelle; and nephew, Hunter; and beloved aunts, Susan and Jean.
A private family service will be held.
