Billy Ray Small, 82, of Newburgh passed away on January 2, 2021. He was born January 4, 1938 in Bicknell, IN to the late James and Lucille (Scott) Small. He was employed at Alcoa and retired after 34 years. Billy is survived by his wife of 60 years, Alayne (Schmidt) Small; sons, Jeffrey Alan Small (Gloria) of Wylie, TX and Douglas James Small (Debbie) of Newburgh; step-granddaughter, Cynthia (Joey) of Evansville; step-brother, Gene Burger of Haubstadt, and several nieces and nephews. Private funeral services will be held.
