

Edward worked at Amax Ayrshire Mine, for 18 years, and for the last 15 years, he owned and operated a mobile auto restoration service.
He attended Crossroads Christian Church.
He loved sports, going to his grandchildren’s ball games, U of E Basketball and Nascar.
Edward is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cheryl White; son, Chris (Lori) White and daughter Melanie (Justin) Svestka; grandchildren, Kayla, Colton, and Carson White and Logan, Camden, and Shelby Svestka all of Newburgh; sisters, Glenda (Bill) Yorton and Diana (John) Godfrey of Duanesburg, NY; brother-in-law, Bill (Jennifer) Johnson of Louisville, KY; nephews, Jason and Scott Yorton and nieces, Lisa (Kyle) Joiner and Anna Johnson;
Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, officiated by Rev. Arlen Pope and Rev. Drex Stuart, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM and Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the staff at OHA, especially Dr. Tony Stephens, Kelly, Pam and Sherry. Also many thanks to VNA Plus for their care and love helping us through this difficult time. Words cannot express our gratitude to Rochelle, Jenny and Deb.
