She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Elberfeld. Kathleen had worked at General Tool and Die and also Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library during the 1970’s and early 80’s. She was an avid gardener, seamstress, and pie baker.
Kathleen was preceded in death by sisters, Lois Kolb and Harriet Jenkins; and a niece.
She is survived by daughters, Jennifer Head of Evansville, Joyce M. Knight (Gary) of Stuart, IA, and Jane Ann Lee-Carter (Danny) of Newburgh; sons, James A. Lee (Ruth Ann) of Newburgh and Jeffrey W. Lee (Stacy) of Elberfeld; 14 grandchildren; 1 step-granddaughter; 15 great grandchildren; 5 step-great grandchildren; and 4 nieces.
Services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, July 23, 2012, at Zion United Church of Christ, officiated by Rev. Rick Bender, with burial at Zion UCC Cemetery in Elberfeld, IN. Friends may visit 9:00 AM until service time at the church.
