Paul R. “Bud” Jones, 80, of Newburgh, IN passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019. He was born in Chrisney, IN on December 11, 1938 to the late Harold and Leota Jones.

He graduated from Chrisney High School in 1956, then earned a BS degree from Purdue University. Bud served in the Army Reserves. After college he worked at Federal Land Bank/Production Credit. He later farmed and sold farm real estate. Bud also sold collectibles and tools at flea markets and enjoyed being known as The Tool Man.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Myrna; son, Mark Jones (Gina); granddaughters, Tori and Erin; 3 nieces; and a brother-in-law.

Funeral Services will be held 6:00 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2019 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel. Friends may visit 12:00 p.m. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
