Baltazar Olmos, age 76, of Chicago, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on March 8, 2020. Loving father of Oscar, Edgar, Yvette (Anwar), and Edith; Cherished grandfather of Eddie, Aiden, and Breanna; Beloved brother of the late Lupe (Jesus) Olmos, the late Herculano (Carolina) Olmos, Angelita (the late Juan) Torres, the late Beatriz (Lucio) Ramirez, Rutilia (Juan Gonzalez) Olmos, Segundo (Guadalupe) Olmos, Prudencio (Teresa) Olmos, Raul (Carmela) Olmos, Eliazar (Josephina) Olmos, Catarina (Esteban) Guzman, and Jose Leon (Martha) Olmos; Dear uncle and cousin to many; Baltazar was preceded in death by his parents Guadalupe and Jeronima Olmos.
Visitation will be on Friday, 3/13, from 3-9 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd, Oak Lawn. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:30 PM on Saturday, 3/14, at Our Lady of the Snows Church, 4810 S Leamington, Chicago. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
