Catherine M. Watts, nee Griffin, age 74, of Oak Lawn, Illinois passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 17, 2022. Beloved wife of William J. Loving, Stepmother of Lauren (Jon) and William Jr.(Breanne). Cherished daughter of Thomas and Margaret Griffin nee Naughton. Dear sister of the late Kieran (Pat) Griffin and Peggy (Bill) Holmes. Cherished sister-in-law of the late Stuart (Ellie) Watts and Linda (Tom) Fromm. Treasured aunt of Erin Griffin, Matthew Griffin, Bridget (Dan) Fanelli, John Holmes, Meaghan (Dennis) Nolan, Elizabeth (Kevin) Moran, Brian Holmes, Mary Holmes, Catherine (Sean) O’Malley, Kevin Holmes, Stacy (Jeff) Knighton, Derek Fromm and Tavia (Ed) Brown. Beloved great aunt of many. Catherine also has many dear relatives here and in Ireland. She was a devoted friend to many. Catherine had a love for others that touched everyone that crossed her path, she will be truly missed.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday February 5, 9:30 AM until time of Memorial Mass 10 AM at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church 10621 S. Kedvale Ave., Oak Lawn.
