Eleanor P. Lynch nee Leyden age 91 of Palos Hill, IL passed away on Thursday February 11, 2021. Beloved wife to the late Patrick Noel Lynch. Loving mother to Shelia, Eileen, Jack (Joy), Patrick (Tracy), Mary, and Brian (Clare). Dear grandmother to Celi, John, Bethany, Na, Aine, Katie, and James.
Eleanor had a deep love for Ireland which she expressed by her frequent travels back to the home she kept there, where she spent time visiting with family and friends. In her free time she relaxed by doing crosswords, playing a game of scrabble, watching the money show and Irish hour or explaining to her family the importance of her having a 5G cellphone.
A visitation will be held Monday February 15, 2021 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home from 4:00P.M. until 8P.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial to be held on Tuesday February 16, 2021 at 10:00A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 8245 W 111th St, Palos Hills, Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery.
