James J. Heintz, age 78, of Oak Lawn, IL and Plano, TX, US Army Veteran, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2021. Loving husband of Dianna “Dee” Heintz, nee Kreiter; Beloved father of Jamie (Lou) Bongiorno, Brent (Kimberly) Harris, and Courtney Terrill; Cherished grandfather of Chloe and Jacob; Dear brother of Kelly (John) Koliopoulos; Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Helen Heintz, and two of his siblings, Sharon (Ralph) Suchomel and Tom (Marilyn) Heintz.
Visitation for Jim will be on Sunday, December 12, from 3-8 PM, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd, Oak Lawn. Funeral to begin at Blake-Lamb on Monday, December 13, at 9:45 AM, proceeding to St. Gerald Church, 9310 S 55th Ct, Oak Lawn, for a 10:30 Mass of Christian Burial. Interment private.
