My heart is broken. I am devastated by the news of my dear friend's passing. I met Marian while waiting for the train. She quickly became my "train friend Marian". I looked forward to seeing her everyday. We would talk about everything; work, family, friends, politics, current events, celebrities. I felt like I had known her forever and like I knew everyone important to her. She adored her nieces and nephews with all her heart and enjoyed every moment spent with them. And she loved Bobby, her mom and siblings too. She was such a vibrant, beautiful, and one of the most kindhearted people I've ever known. I can still hear her infectious laugh in my head. RIP Marian. Marian - I never realized how much I missed you, until I found out we'd lost you.  I hope for peace and comfort for Bobby and your family.  The world has lost some of it's luster.

Marian always reminded me of Doris Day - funny, upbeat, smiling and absolutely charming. She literally had a glow about her. She could make others feel better just because she entered the room.  Her exuberance will always shine and her presence will be felt daily.

Marian, the world is indeed a dimmer place without your light shining in it.
You were loved by many.

One of the most unique people I have ever known.  I was lucky enough to work with Marian for 14 years. I will  definitely miss that smile and that quirky sense of humor. The place is not the same without her. My thoughts are with Marian's family during this sad time.

My heart is breaking.  I feel for Marian's family as well as everyone who knew her as we all lost a wonderful free-spirit who could light up a room when she walked in, was a loyal employee, and a hard worker.  In my 20+ years of working with Marian I always knew she would be there for me and the firm and anything I gave her to do was done.  She was taken from us too soon and I hope she has eternal peace and I hope her family knows how many people she touched and how our hearts will always carry her memory.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Marian's passing.  I worked with her years ago at Lord Bissell.  She was sheer joy to be around - - hard-working, professional, and oh so much fun.  Her smile and her laughter could light up a room.  My heart goes out to Marian's husband and family.

To Bobby and Marian   I remember the day that we met Marian as we were at the same table that day with my brother Dave,  and as we talked for hours,  i told Dave that Marian was the perfect girl for Bobby and Dave looked at me and said yep, Marian's smile, humor, and bubbly presence told us she was special in more ways that one could imagine, as every knows she was a bears ,sox ,and hawks fan along with bobby 's passion of the same. Only met Marian for a brief time whilst she helped set up the Locke Lord London Office.  In that time she became a well liked and very respected Colleague.  Rest in Peace Marian.
