Patricia was the blessed mother of Patrick (Nancy) Nielsen and Pamela Setnicker (Nielsen). She was the loving grandmother of Adam (Jamie) Nielsen and Amy (Jenylle) Nielsen, and the cherished great-grandmother of Ethan, Benjamin, Knox, Haddie, Jax, and Brooklyn.
She is survived by her beloved sisters, Nancy J. Burke and Judith Ward, and was a fond aunt to Ann Marie Zurbrugg, Laurie Ann Ward, and Tammy Ward. Patricia will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
A Visitation will be held on Monday, December 1st, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL, 60453 followed by a chapel service at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will conclude at St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL.
