A visitation for Thomas will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday October 2, 2021 location TBD. Committal service will immediately follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, 11500 S. Fairfield, Chicago, IL 60655.
No outside food or drinks allowed. Guests are required to wear a mask at all times.
