To Cathy and the Cahill siblings, Joe and I were sorry to hear about Tim’s passing and your loss of a loving husband and brother. 
I’ve always liked Tim since I first met him at The Pancake House. I was 15, thought he was cute and flirted with him at work.  I would walk by his house on the way to Jansons with my friend Cathy Carroll hoping to catch him outside. He asked me to his Jr prom at Rita and we “went out”  ( drinking up at Monroe park😄) for a few months after that but ultimately just became friends. I loved his smile and his laugh. He was always had a positive outlook and was fun to talk to whenever Joe and I crossed paths with him. I was glad to know him for so long. He will be missed by all who knew him I’m sure. You and your family are in our prayers.

I went to St Walters with Tim, my name is Carroll Sweeney. We were also a large Irish Catholic family. There was a Cahill and a Sweeney in 5 or 6 of the same classes at Walters. 

I had the privilege of seeing and spending some time with Tim at our class reunion. Per usual Tim had a big smile on his face . That is how I will always remember Timmy, with a big smile on his face.

I am truly sorry for your loss and not being able to extend my condolences in person.  I know Tum is finally free of any discomfort ( pain & sickness) but he will surely be missed. 

You will all be in my prayers as you say ‘ see you again another time’ to Tim ( husband, father, brother,  uncle…..).

To the Cahill Family, 
I only knew Tim for a total of about 10 hours.. . two White Sox games the past two summers. We had a fantastic time at both games and I felt like I had known him my whole life.

Dear Cahill family,
Tim was my classmate at St. Walter School. Tim was always smiling whether laughing at someone or planning a prank.  He came to our last reunion even though he was in the midst of his battle . Tim never said a word about it- we were so happy he came! He was smiling that night as well. Tim is gone too soon but smiling down on all of you.
