Was going through pictures and remembering our long motorcycle rides, then back to the house to grill steak, hand in the pool and spend the rest of the night talking about anything and everything.
But always motorcycles and our love for music .

You always knew how to make me smile.
I told you I lost my marbles and now I willl never lose my marbles again. I treasure that silly thing and the San Diego hoodie. You wore that thing all the time and I always sneak and wear it when I was at your house strangely enough I know it was your favorite hoodie and the last time I saw you you just handed it to me and said go ahead and wear it. I said but I gotta go so I’ll just leave it here and you said no take it with you. We’ll meet again. I know I hadn’t seen you for a while before you passed away, but I hear that you are very happy and loved very much by your fiancé. Sorry to everyone who has to read this , but I just wanted to share with me seem to others as a stupid story, but it means the world to me. Vince was my friend for my entire life and I don’t care what anyone says or whatever he has been nothing anything but a great true friend to me .

I just learned of Vince's passing, ironically through a FB memory post from 2011 where we had reconnected after 15 years. Vince and I met on a trip he took to San Diego in the early 90's. The last time I saw him in person was when I flew out to Illinois for Jerry's wedding (1995?). He was such a gentle soul and had such a big heart to match that huge smile and deep laugh. Sending love and warm aloha to everyone who loved him.

I remember meeting Vince I believe for the first time at a party at Ed Moravec's house. That was back in the day when all of us were aspiring to be rock stars. I remember Vince looked the part probably more than anybody else there but even more striking than his good looks was how incredibly nice of a guy he was. That was over 25 years ago- a time when we were all young and seemingly invincible. My eternity wasn't even remotely a consideration. Through the years mine and Vince's paths would cross on occasion. But it wasn't until a few years ago when we would bump into each other under circumstances very much like this evening when Vince and I would exchange phone numbers and I would discover that like myself Vince had accepted the gift of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. This Good News meant that all of our sins were forgiven- past present and future. And this gift of salvation through Jesus Christ was the only assurance that he or any of us has to not only escape the eternal punishment for our sins that God promises those who refuse His gift, but also to spend eternity in Heaven with Jesus. And I am so grateful to have heard from Vince that he was saved. So when Debbie called me with the otherwise tragic news of Vince's passing we were able to share in the joyful hope of Vince's eternal life in Heaven just beginning.

The book of Romans chapter 10 verse nine tells us: 

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 

Heavenly Father I pray that all who have heard your word will respond with joyful acceptance. I pray that you would bless all of Vince's family and friends during this difficult time with the assurance of an eternity in Heaven upon accepting your gift of salvation through Jesus your son and our Lord.

In Jesus name I pray- Amen!

My deepest sympathy to the entire Santoni family.  Although I did not know Vincent in person, I was privileged to hear about him and his brother through the loving words and memories of his step-mother. My late life partner and Vince's uncle, Gary Eaton, spoke of him often.  He would have been so very sad to know of his loss.  May he rest peacefully.

I wish I could be there today. My heart can't believe you're gone. But you will live on through the memories. My condolences to Vince's family. He was a great friend who really cared about people and animals.

I was shocked to get the phone call from my sister Meg yesterday.  So very sorry for your loss.  Think of your dad all the time.  Lots of great memories growing up with Santoni family at my Aunt Margaret's and Uncle Denny's.  My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.

My Cousin Vince, you are now in a place filled with caring, sharing and love.It's your time to rest and we will all see you again one day.

Vince was a classmate of mine and reached out to help me when my husband passed away. He had a big heart and was very caring and loved God. May he enjoy his eternal life and I pray for God's healing hands for everyone who loved and cared for Vince. God Bless his family and friends.

I knew Vince in high school, and he was always a sweet and kind hearted kid. I now live in The Woodlands, TX, which is, ironically, very close to Tom.  I always thought Vince would eventually make it down south, and we could have a fun and nostalgic visit. I'm so sorry that we won't have that opportunity...I really thought we had more time. I will always have fond memories of Vince, and he will always be a part of my thoughts when I remember those sweet teenaged years. I hope he rests in peace, and that he continues to live with all of us who knew him. 

Tom and Sueli, Mark and I are so sorry and saddened about your loss. I will remember him with such affection. His smile will not be forgotten.

This doesn't seem true.  My heart is as broken as your's.   He will always be in my heart as that  chubby face little boy with  the head full of hair and beautiful smile.  What a handsome man he grew up to be.
Keep in mind, he knew that he had so many people who loved him and would be there for him always.  Rest in Peace Vincent.

Sandy and I never met Vince and it was obviously our loss.  The love in this Family is just so apparent, and it only makes the feeling of loss the greater.  my sincerest condolences to the Santoni Clan.  The pain will eventually fade, but the memories last forever.
