Your passing was too soon. You were someone who embodied: Compassion, Integrity, Kindess, Humility, and Respect. The success you achieved in 53 years most of us couldn't of achieved in 253 years. Yet through it all you Lead a home and region effortlessly. One could ask themselves. How could she balance? God creates some of us with shoulders broad enough to bear the weight of the world. Your shoulders were broad and wide enough. The Legacy you have planted roots that are deep and strong. May God Bless your memory and legacy.

Alice is my sisters sister in law. From the very first time I met her she showed me love. She was kind, caring and always gave me a hug. I was a single mom raising my daughter. Alice ALWAYS invited us to her home for every one of her family parties & get togethers. She welcomes us in, fed us, made sure my Bella was included in the activities and always had a smile on her face. When we left she had us take food home and I felt so cared for and supported. Sometimes when people do things for you, they just don’t know how much it impacts your heart & life. I never told her how much I appreciated her or how she was such a wonderful person. I wish I had thanked her more. When I saw her she always asked how I was, how was work and how my family was. I admired what a good person she was and how she worked so hard but still was so close to her family. We love Alice. She is with Jesus and seeing how much she did in her life here and how she was loved by so many because she loved. My prayers to all the family, we love you all. Always thankful to Alice for being a one of a kind heart.

You were one of my first friends in the third grade. I was new to the school. You were always very kind to me. Lots of memories from baton twirling to marching band. You’ll remain in my heart forever.

I remember walking in my first day at the Oceanside branch. From the moment I met her, I admired her and cared so much for her. She had such a positive energy it was contagious. She a had a way of reassuring you everything was going to be ok no matter what it was you were asked to do. She believed in every single one of her associates and invested so much time in us professionally and personally. I had so much respect for her I would call her Ms. Sanchez. I remember her saying, "you make me sound like a teacher." That's exactly what she did, she taught many of us to be the people we are today, to believe in ourselves because she believed in us. I will always remember how she would compare things to... being the best thing since chunky peanut butter... when she used that phrase, it was serious! I smile thinking of the good times we had but heart is broken and I will miss her every day. I pray for her family during this time, my thoughts will always be with them.

Ms. Sanchez we love you and we will miss you every day, thank you for everything you taught us and the memories you left us. We will remember you always.

I am at a loss and heart broken to hear that my once dear colleague, friend, boss, and someone who I respected and grew to love during my career at Bank of America has passed. In life you can only hope to meet people that inspire you to be a better a person, who motivate you to reach for the stars, and remind you the importance of love and family. I am thankful to have met Alice, such a strong and courageous woman, and I am happy to have worked for Alice for a number of years. I will always cherish our morning phone calls during our traffic commute to work. Chats that went beyond work, many times advice about personal matters. She is one of the people who encouraged my decision to resign and stay at home to be with my kids. In her words, “because the bank would be there, when I was ready to go back”.
Alice was someone I admired and trusted and she taught me so much and believed in me enough to manage one of the busiest banks within the organization - Escondido. Alice had a strong work ethic and was one of the hardest working people I ever met, which only drove me to do the same and I’d like to say, I was loyal to her. Recently, I thought of her a lot and it saddened me that I had lost contact with her. I tried to look for her on social media in the last month and it saddens me that I never got to say Goodbye!
I’m sending prayers for her family and friends whom I know meant the world to her. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for Alice she was more then a mentor.
Alice was a lead by example person, she would say we don’t cheat, we don’t lie, we don’t steal, be fair and consistent, do the right thing even if others don’t agree.
I remember her words daily.
All my memories of working with Alice are good even when we were writing our 10th action plan and reviewing it over and over with the team until they could recite it.
Laughter, praise ,value, anybody can learn, these are things I will remember of my awesome loving friend Alice Sanchez,

““Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you. I give to you not as the world gives. Don’t be troubled or afraid.”

I had the privilege of working for Alice and she will forever be in my heart. Alice was an amazing leader that truly set the bar for being selfless and investing in others. She taught me so much about leadership and helped prepare me for for my roles at the bank and for life situations. She instilled leadership virtues and always placed people before business. Everyday she would challenge me to ask myself “Did I make an impact on someone that day?” Always pushing myself and others to grow and to believe in themselves. It goes without saying that Alice made an impact on all of those who had the privilege of working for her. Alice was more than a boss or manager. She was a mentor and a friend. Alice, you will be missed. I’ll carry what you taught me and do my best to pass it on. I hope that you knew how loved and cherished you were and that you did create a legacy in the hearts of your family, friends, and team.
