Angela Grace Rockstroh

Angelina “Angela and Angie” Grace Rockstroh passed away at home in Temecula, CA on September 26, 2015 at the age of 94. Angela was preceded in death by both her parents and by her husband of marriage of 62 years, Joseph G. Rockstroh. Angela is lovingly remembered by her children, Gayle Kreeger and Jerry Rockstroh, both of Temecula, CA, and additionally by and five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Angela Rockstroh was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on in 1921. She graduated from high school in Maple Heights of Cleveland, Ohio. She went on to have a career in administration and finishing a full career as a staff accountant.

Angela loved her church where was devoted in Christian faith at Sunridge Community Church, located in Temecula, CA. She loved to get flowers and enjoyed walks around Harveston Lake with her husband and family members. She was an excellent “Scrabble” player where the game would always end up in a fun time. Holidays were a special time for Angela, where she would be close with her friends and family always talking, laughing, and giving big hugs. She always let everyone know just how much she loved them with special words and big hugs. Her quiet moments would still have the presence and outward expression of love to her family and friends. Angela was instrumental to all of her descendants in the teachings and the virtues of honesty, compassion, love, and friendship. Going to new and old favorite restaurants with her family was always looked forward to with a big smile. Going to lunch after church on Sundays was her way of always starting the week off with a positive attitude.

A memorial service will be held at Sunridge Community Church, Saturday, October 3rd, 2015, at 12:30 p.m. in the main worship center, located at 42299 Winchester Road, Temecula, CA 92590.

Flowers may be sent to 39600 Parkview Dr., Temecula, CA 92591, before the Memorial Service date. If friends and relatives would like to make a memorial donation in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to: “Sunridge Community Church”, and noted as “Missions Ministry in Memory of Angela Rockstroh”. Angela will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
