Born January 13, 1925, in Chicago, she lived in Encinitas and Lake San Marcos most of her life. She was a homemaker, mother, care giver and active in the bowling community for many years. She truly enjoyed animals, jazz music and her trips to the local casinos.
Arlyne was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur William Leas, in 1996. She is survived by son James and daughter in law Stacy Leas of Oceanside, California; daughter Mary and son in law Steve Potocny of Rancho Bernardo, California; and son John and daughter in law Shelly Leas of Poway, California; 11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
