Barbara "O'Malley" Colvin passed away on June 9th in Carlsbad, California. Barbara was a Bay Area Native. She was born at Mills Hospital in San Mateo in 1928 to William and Mary O'Malley. She lived in Burlingame for most of her life. She graduated from Burlingame High School in 1946 and attended San Mateo Junior College. She was a registered X-ray technician. She married John L. Colvin in 1952 who passed away in 2008. In later years, she became very active member in the Saint Gregory's Charismatic Prayer Group. She is survived by four children: Matt in Berkeley, Martin in Los Angeles, Vincent in Cloverdale, Claire in Chicago; and two grandchildren: Ryan and Meghan of San Francisco.
She will be missed by family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California on June 21, 2013. Memorial donations can be made to Saint Gregory's Church, 2715 Hacienda Street, San Mateo, CA 94403.
