She is survived by husband, Matthew Johnson, father, Charles Hays, mother, Barbara Hays, brother, Daniel Edward Hays, grandmother, Irene Haugen, relatives, and friends.
A memorial service wil be held Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 4:00 pm at Beautiful Saviour Lutheran Church in Carlsbad, California.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bethany's name may be sent to the Murrieta Valley High
Schools Scholarship Foundation at the District Support Center.
