He worked for the Department of Transportation in the federal government for 25 years as a civilian coordinator for the U.S. Marine Corp. post his WWII service. And he was a realtor post his career in government service.
His hobbies included years of golfing, his enthusiasm for baseball and his teaching and preaching part time at his church.
He was a longtime member of Melrose Church of Christ and his love for the Lord led him to be a generous and helpful person toward family and friends
Clyde leaves behind his daughters, Cynthia and Dawn, his sons, Rod, Mark, John, Gary and Mike, his stepchildren, Jerry, Dennis and Larry, his loving grandchildren and a multitude of friends.
Services will be held Monday, November 13, 2017, 1:00pm at the Melrose Church of Christ 713 So. Melrose Vista, Ca.
