Francisco was preceded in death by his wife, and parents.
He is survived by his sons, Francisco Villegas Jr, and Juan Villegas, daughters, Maribel Montes, and Rosa Villegas, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2012 from 4-8 pm at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on friday, January 13, 2012 at 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Encinitas, California.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
