On Sunday, February 21, 2016 Franklin Taylor passed away at his Carlsbad home.
The son of Elliott Taylor and Indiaola Taylor, Frank was born in New Castle Delaware on August 10, 1935. With a degree in life science he went on to become a vet in more ways than one. Serving in the US Army as a resource analyst during the Korea war until he was honorably discharged. He then went on to become a veterinarian at the VA hospital in San Diego where he worked until he retired. He was a father and a resourceful handyman who was willing to help anyone out without asking for anything in return. Frank was loved by all neighbors and family He is survived by 3 sons and 8 sisters.
